Workshop Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our workshops and offer the following refund options:
- Full Refund Period: Up to 7 days before the workshop date
- Partial Refund Period: 3-7 days before the workshop date (75% refund)
- No Refund Period: Less than 3 days before the workshop date
If you're unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person or apply your payment toward a future workshop within 6 months.
Workshop Cancellation by Start Solo
In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop:
- You will receive a 100% refund of your registration fee
- Or you may choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop date
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred
Digital Products & Online Courses
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For our digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee:
- You must have completed less than 25% of the course content
- You must request the refund within 14 days of purchase
- You must provide feedback about why the course didn't meet your expectations
Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Purchases made using special discount codes exceeding 40% off
- Bundle purchases or promotional offers clearly marked as non-refundable
- After accessing more than 25% of the course content
- After the 14-day guarantee period has expired
- Downloadable resources, templates, or other digital materials that can be easily duplicated

Mentorship Programs
Our mentorship programs are high-value, limited-capacity offerings with the following refund policy:
- Before Program Start: 80% refund up to 14 days before the program begins
- After First Session: 50% refund if requested within 48 hours after the first session
- No Refunds: After the second session or beyond
We invest significant resources in preparing personalized mentorship experiences, which is why our refund policy is more restrictive for these programs.
Community Membership
For our community membership subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but we do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days
- No refunds are provided for annual subscriptions after 30 days
Additional Terms
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- Any downloadable materials, resources, or access credentials must be deleted/discontinued upon refund
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that don't meet our criteria or show evidence of abuse
