By accessing our website, registering for workshops, purchasing digital products, joining our community, or using any Start Solo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Start Solo is India's first incubator designed specifically for solopreneurs. We provide various services including but not limited to:

• In-person and virtual workshops
• Mentorship programs
• Community membership
• Digital products and resources
• Educational content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. Account Creation: When you create an account with Start Solo, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot be responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. Age Requirement: Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Workshop and Program Participation

4.1. Registration: Workshop and program registration is subject to availability and confirmation. Your place is not guaranteed until we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation.

4.2. Attendance: You are responsible for ensuring your attendance at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for any inability to attend due to technical issues on your end, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.

4.3. Behavior: We expect all participants to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates our code of conduct, without refund.

4.4. Rescheduling: We may occasionally need to reschedule workshops or sessions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer alternative dates or refunds as appropriate.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable GST.

5.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5.3. Recurring Payments: For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Our Content: All content on our website and in our programs—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, worksheets, templates, and course materials—is the property of Start Solo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services.

7.3. Restrictions: You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our services
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
• Share access to purchased content with others who have not paid for it

8. User Content and Feedback

8.1. User Content: By submitting content to our website, community platforms, or during workshops (including comments, testimonials, forum posts, or other materials), you grant Start Solo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

8.2. Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

8.3. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Confidentiality

During workshops, mentorship sessions, and community interactions, you may be exposed to confidential information from Start Solo or other participants. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10.2. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services. Business success depends on many factors beyond our control.

10.3. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start Solo and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Start Solo and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
